At SICFIT, our philosophy of dedication and commitment to improving personal wellness has led to the development of classes focusing on high-performance fitness. Our programs have been designed to complement an active lifestyle, including a variety of disciplines and opportunities to stay fit.

We push, pull, run, jump, squat, lift and sweat in many ways. We use, but are not limited to: group fitness, private training, dynamic mobility, Olympic weightlifting, body weight classes, nutrition, life coaching and accurate body fat analysis.
