GET FIT PROGRAMS
SICFIT Round Rock offers 60 minute structured classes. All classes include a warm-up, skill acquisition/strength building/mobility and the workout of the day. Classes are lead by a trained and certified coach and movements are scaled appropriately to the individual. Once you have completed your baseline workout and introduction session, the coach will recommend which classes would be appropriate for you to attend.
To begin your journey into health and wellness starts with this first step. These are geared towards beginners.
The next step in the FITness journey. Targeting specific health, wellness & fitness goals, implementing more technical movements to your program, working to balance out your 10 general characteristics of fitness (cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance & accuracy)
To compete in FITness (regional competitions, GRID League, CrossFit, etc.), Adventure races & sport specific athletes. These are classes for a more advanced SICFIT athlete.
