SICFIT Round Rock Grand Opening
04/21/2016, 3:30 PM to 7:00 PM

It is with great pleasure that we announce the Grand Opening of SICFIT Round Rock on Thursday, April 21 & Saturday, April 23, 2016 in the heart of downtown Round Rock, located at 110 South Mays Street Round Rock, TX 78664.¬† This¬†will undoubtedly be a historical event for our business, as well as an opportunity for you to witness the direct impact we are making to the Round Rock community at large. SICFIT Round Rock is your leader in functional fitness training; we introduce personal athletic achievement into sport and train a full spectrum of individual capabilities ranging from ages 4-94: from push-up to podium. We believe that being physically FIT and healthy allows us to be more functional, capable human beings, and empowers us to do more than we ever thought possible. Training to overcome our weaknesses is inspiring: it feels good, builds confidence, enriches our lives, and allows us to live the best life possible by becoming better leaders, parents, children and humans. The SIC in SICFIT stands for Strength In Conditioning, and at SICFIT Round Rock we teach all facets of human movement, including but not limited to functional movements, private coaching, gymnastics, periodized strength training, pre-hab mobility & flexibility training, PiYo, Olympic weightlifting, competitive fitness, military training, Obstacle Course Racing (OCR), nutritional coaching, life coaching, supplement prescriptions, body fat analysis, and customized programming. Above all else, we hold ourselves, our coaches, our students, and our facilities to the highest possible standards and accountability. We have solutions for any personal goals you may have for yourself and/or any limitations that you’re currently working through.

Not only are we excited to celebrate our business with you and our relevance to the health & wellness of our communities in the greater Round Rock area, but our Grand Opening will also honor an amazing organization that supports the families of wounded veterans coming home from a deployment and/or transitioning back into society. As a Veteran-Owned, Service-Disabled Small Business, we have an extraordinary appreciation for our brothers and sisters in uniform (past, present & future). Help Our Wounded (HOW) is just the organization we’ve been looking for to make one of the most significant impacts in a wounded veteran’s life. The event on Thursday, April 21st will be the ‘Official’ Grand Opening with a ribbon cutting ceremony presented by the City of Round Rock. We will have some amazing special guests and business leaders of our community who will be in attendance to support our efforts; one of our tremendous partners is Jack Allen’s Kitchen, who will be catering this event. This FREE event will be from 3:30p – 7:30p and we encourage business casual attire, although it’s NOT required. The ribbon cutting ceremony will begin approximately at 4:15, followed by some special guest introductions, then we will have a group picture to commemorate this event. We’d love for you to join us and be a part of this historic occasion! To follow this event on Facebook, please click here.

The Saturday event on April 23rd will serve as our ‘informal’ Grand Opening (gym attire recommended), open to the public and FREE for you to compete for some amazing prizes given to the top spots in each category, Mens, Womens, RX & Scaled. This event will open at 10a and go strong until 3p. Svante’s Burgers will cater this event with their food truck on-site and all proceeds made on the food truck will go directly to Help Our Wounded!
