At SICFIT Round Rock, we focus on our client’s personal goals.  We evaluate each student on their first visit in a one-on-one introductory session.  With that evaluation we can prescribe the appropriate fitness regimen for each individual.  Everyone comes to SICFIT Round Rock at different levels of fitness and therefore will need to workout at the right intensity to achieve their desired results.  With this in mind, SICFIT Round Rock has many options for their students.

At SICFIT Round Rock you can attend individual personal training sessions, group sessions with similar level students, specific types of classes like Olympic weightlifting or yoga, and sport specific training geared for improving an athlete’s results in a particular sport.  We also offer classes with only bodyweight movements, classes to improve flexibility and classes for women only.  Our aim is to help you reach your fitness goals in a fun, friendly and sometimes competitive environment.

Every student at SICFIT Round Rock will be given a success journal when they sign up and each student will also have a personal coach assigned to them in order to guide them towards their fitness goals.

SICFIT Round Rock uses the LIFE | FITNESS | SPORT mantra in classes where there are multiple levels of students attending the same class.

The LIFE program at SICFIT Round Rock is designed for individuals that want to improve their quality of life, are new to exercising, have had a long break from exercise, need to lose a considerable amount of weight or have been advised by a medical professional to begin a fitness routine.  Workouts in this category are designed to help you elevate your heart rate, develop strength and burn fat at a healthy pace.

The FITNESS program is for people that want to be stronger and to get better every day.  They want to look better in the mirror, run a little faster, do better in the workouts, and be more confident than yesterday.

The SPORT program is for the individual that wants to compete in FITness and who will do what ever it takes to score the most points to win.

Anyone can excel at SICFIT Round Rock, and everyone who is committed will.  It will change your life and how you view health and fitness. You will never be expected to lift weights beyond your fitness level or perform movements beyond your skill set.  However, you will always be coached, encouraged and challenged to improve your performance and exceed your expectations.
